Will there be additional customs duties for orders shipped to the EU countries and the US?
No, there will not be any additional customs duties or taxes for orders shipped to the EU countries and the US. Most of our orders are delivered through our local warehouses located in the EU and the US.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 working days of the order being received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the delivery of your order.
We deliver worldwide and We offer Standard Delivery on all orders.

Is it safe to use debit/credit cards/PayPal on your website?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal and debit/credit card information is encrypted. We do not have access to or store your credit card information and your payment details are processed in a secure environment.

Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

Is your website secure with my personal information?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

How do I order on your website and What payment methods do you accept?
Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible! We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. 

 

Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
Absolutely! If you don't like the product, you can return the product for either a partial refund or exchange the product for an alternative item. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details. Visit our Returns Center to initiate your returns. Unfortunately, SALE items cannot be refunded.
